The Niue Laws Legislation as at December 2006, and the Niue Act 1966, provides the legal framework for the provision of the Gaming services in Anguilla.
As per the Act, Gambling "means playing for money or other valuable thing at any game of chance, or playing for excessive stakes or otherwise to the injury of public morals at any game of mixed chance and skill; and includes any form of unlawful gaming. Notwithstanding, under section 176, Cabinet may make regulations to permit certain gambling activities to be carried out in Niue, within certain guidelines and prescribe fees and offences in respect of such activities.
